Announcement on the impact of the Frankfurt Airport security strike on Air China flights

Dear travelers:

    Security staff at Frankfurt Airport will be conducting a widespread strike measures on February 1, 2024, which will heavily affect passenger traffic operations. Air China therefore had to cancel the following inbound and outbound flights for that day:

    Beijing-Frankfurt-Beijing, flights CA965/966 and CA931/932.

    Shanghai-Frankfurt-Shanghai, flights CA935/936.

    The regulations for involuntary changes and cancelations apply to your tickets:

    Rebookings within the same class of service and for the same route are free of charge within a validity period of 1 year.

    For tickets that have not yet been fully used, the validity period begins on the date of issue.

    For partially used tickets, validity begins on the date of the first international flight.

    If you prefer to cancel your tickets, Air China will waive the refund processing fees.

    To apply for changes and refunds, please contact the agency where you purchased your ticket.
